Steve Ardi began his career on Wall Street, serving as a sales trader on the American Stock Exchange and the NYSE before advancing to Managing Director of institutional equity derivatives sales and trading at a boutique broker-dealer. His years in finance honed his precision, discipline, and client-first approach, shaping a foundation built on trust and performance.

Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Steve applied the same strategic rigor and high-level service mindset to the luxury home sector. Today, he leads three distinguished companies—Rock Valley Cabinetry, Bay Valley Construction Solutions, and OAKCREST Management—collectively serving discerning homeowners, designers, and property owners across Long Island’s North Shore, the Hamptons, and Palm Beach.
