OAKCREST Management provides structured estate and lifestyle oversight for primary residences across the North Shore of Long Island and the Hamptons. Our role is to ensure consistent property performance through preventive planning, disciplined vendor coordination, and direct accountability.

Our Approach

We operate with a defined system rather than a reactive model. Properties are reviewed regularly, maintenance is scheduled deliberately, and vendors are supervised directly. Each membership is structured to preserve the long term integrity, performance, and value of the home.

Our responsibility is not simply coordination. It is oversight. Every service, inspection, and recommendation is documented and executed with precision.

Leadership

OAKCREST Management is led by Steve Ardi.

Before entering the luxury residential sector, Steve spent over a decade on Wall Street, serving as a sales trader on the American Stock Exchange and NYSE and later as Managing Director of institutional equity derivatives sales and trading at a boutique broker dealer. That environment demanded disciplined decision making, risk management, and execution under pressure.

He later transitioned into residential construction, cabinetry design, and estate level project execution, gaining direct operational experience across complex private properties.

Today, OAKCREST operates on that combined foundation. Structured planning. Direct oversight. Clear accountability.

Service Areas

OAKCREST serves primary residences across North Shore Long Island, including Locust Valley, Brookville, Mill Neck, Oyster Bay, and surrounding communities, as well as select properties in the Hamptons and Palm Beach.

A Limited Membership Model

OAKCREST operates on a membership basis to ensure each property receives consistent attention and direct oversight. Engagements are reviewed individually to maintain service standards across all residences under management.
